There's a YouTube video by "This Does Not Compute" that discusses this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCK89V4NpJY

Yeah, clicking this link is causing my browser to download a "Human_fart.wav", not sure what it actually contains for obvious reasons.

The tariff definition is just a dict so it's pretty straightforward to pass a dict that has a default value instead.

Unfortunately, I don't think supporting a platform by providing prebuilt binaries is as simple as "just don't touch it". There's no guarantee things will continue to build for the platform, nor that upstream project

This type of contest style recruiting just seems like a way to trick people into writing code for free, and even if you do win the prize money seems laughably small for what they're asking to receive.

Any drive will be capable of ripping just fine. If you really want to get into the nitty gritty finding a drive with well known read offsets and the ability to defeat the drive cache is a good bet so you can compare against the accuraterip

At least for me personally when I use my iPhone as a hotspot it tends to be one of two cases: 1) Tethering to my laptop when I need to check something for work in a pinch 2) Letting friends use my data if they don't have any or have a

There's an openvino plugin for audacity that can do music separation but it only supports 4 tracks at the moment (drums, bass, vocals, other). https://github.com/intel/openvino-plugins-ai-audacity/blob/m.

Yes, it had a split screen option where the two images were the same size and side by side. Can't recall what kind of TV it was... perhaps a Sony?

I remember doing this as a child on our TV that had a picture-in-picture setting. I would set the same channel twice and cross my eyes pretending that it was 3d TV.

For what it’s worth the change isn’t from full remote to 5 days a week. It’s from 3 days in office to 5 so it shouldn’t be as drastic of a shift.

Yeah, this is more of the nuance, my rough translation would be: “He had many projects he was passionately working on and many more things he wanted to accomplish, it’s unfortunate (that he won’t be able to complete them)”.

I think it’s less about driving non-stop cross country and more about how much of a long term decision and investment purchasing a car is. Even if only 1/100 trips I take is over 100 miles I still might want the car I purchase to be ab

I've found that many times when a site doesn't work in Firefox it's actually extensions causing issues rather than Firefox itself. That being said, there are still compatibility issues from time to time!

RISC-V certainly doesn’t prevent this kind of thing but it does at least provide the opportunity for this kind of behavior to be challenged. Given anyone is free to manufacture a RISC-V processor it’s at least feasible another company could
