I've had a really bad time over the years with the USB chips in the clones, to the point where if I'm using a clone these days, I won't even attempt to use its USB and I'll just use ICSP to program the arduino clone. For

Why Taken? I was a moviegoer well before the Taken series, and people (normal people) were definitely aware of cuts. In particular they’d come up in conversation with action movies, or any movie where a music video director made the leap to

It’s not like some random unproven startup is any better though, unless the product really takes off and makes them money (and they don’t ruin it somehow).

There are read-only web links for users and posts. The easiest way to see it is by copying a link to a user or post from within the app. But there doesn't seem to be a web landing/browse/feed page yet (besides the main page t

Arudino Uno has _always_ been primarily about being super simple for beginners. This is why the Arduino IDE exists (and why many more advanced hobbyists eschew it). This is also why the Arduino Uno can be used without breadboard. And why Ar

I guess I haven't noticed any difference, and what I see on their channels today isn't what I consider clickbait. IMO it's at least a step or two from clickbait.

It's kind of odd to me that the two examples shown on the page are from creators who aren't really all that clickbaity, CGP Grey and Tom Scott. Their videos typically _are_ what the title says, maybe with a slight bit of poetic li

There's a group called Mellotron Variations (led by a great organist, John Medeski) where all four members play Mellotrons. It's very interesting, and much more varied than you might expect if you're familiar with the typical

It's possible to subscribe just to Prime Video. I highly recommend doing that if you only use Prime for video. It's cheaper than full Prime and you pay month by month, so you can cancel it for a few months then come back. The only

You seem to be assuming that everyone who doesn't want to jump through hoops at signup is a low-quality user. This seems like a very flawed (or pretentious?) view. "Low-quality users" are a subset of "users who don'

Indeed. This is fine by me and it's great that you can do this in this kind of case. But what's being discussed is people deleting all their posts because they're upset at reddit for their recent policy changes, and that'

Are you speaking for everyone deleting their content? I would bet that _most_ of the people doing this are not moving it to another site, but just deleting it forever.
