I strongly agree that the baby boomer generation will not be looked on well by history as this generation: -Took massive debt to pay for entitlements that will eventually have to be paid for by their grandchildren. -Elected politicians base

When you are trying to build a friendship with someone, do you only pay for coffee if they did it for you before? Or do you out out a good faith effort and buy them coffee or lunch a couple of times? Companies and employees are the same way

It's far more efficient to share resources then to buy. That is why Uber makes sense. If you own your own car, it might get used on average 40 minutes per day. With Uber that resource is used at least 10 hours each day. By the way, I t

Tokyo is a fantastic city, I spent two weeks there and loved it. It is extremely clean and safe, loads of good restaurants and entertainment, and good outdoor spaces. If I could speak the language and work there, I would move in a second. C

This is really bad policy... Treating the symptom while making the root problem worse. The core issue is there is not enough good housing for everyone in California. The real solution is to greatly loosen building regulation and make gettin

We need to help evacuate Hong Kong and offer asylum and citizenships in the USA, Japan, Canada, etc to anyone who wants to flee totalitarianism.

I was shocked when the author of the post said he had had twins and founded his business in the same month. I just had twins a few months ago and founded my business ten years ago. I couldn't imagine doing both at the same time. I have
