I can't read this article because it's behind a paywall. Does this mean these dorms are owned by the employer in the same way a school owns the dorms that students live in? What happens when the employee is fired/let go? Now

> So simple, and easy to implement. Ah yes, the rally cry of the person not doing the actual development work... In my experience, rarely is _anything_ "So simple, and easy to implement".

They do have something called Alexa Voice Services (AVS), which provides the underlying technology. You could take advantage of that and know that you are only sending along data when you want to.

Dying Every Day was one of my favorite books I've read in 2015. I'm interested in this period, and have always tried to read about it -- but I've had a hard time finding a book that really holds my attention throughout. And t

But not is inherently modular, in-and-of-itself. Wouldn't Nodal make it _less_ so? Because now I have this ORM built-in, the router built-in, the scheduler built-in, etc. With a standard Node project, I can just pick my own ORM, router

Didn't this also happen at an NFL game with those camera's that zip around on cords above the players? I don't recall everyone yelling to ban those when that happened.

Well for one thing Firefox's cloud sync is completely open source, whereas Pocket is a proprietary cloud service. This, I believe, is one of the primary reasons people have a problem with this whole situation.

I've found they vary quite a bit, both in the data points they provide, and the depth of data. Especially comparing free vs paid services. Some provide historical data, others want lots of extra cash for that. Some provide hourly and e

You could just add a "dummy" input as the first line with all unique entries. Then just remove it from the output. Am I missing something? It's a tiny bit of additional manual processing, but doesn't seem unreasonable.

I've been doing this with Cloud9 for quite some time now. Just link your Bitbucket account (or Github, for that matter), and you can work with it directly in the Cloud9 IDE. Haven't checked out CodeAnywhere in a while, though, so

I'm not sure you could have ever called Comcast support and not been aware of this. It's quite obvious. And I'm not entirely sure it's even all that interesting. Plenty of companies do this sort of thing. I've had a

True, but I think app design benefits from a solid style guide. A great data model with no consistent coding style is going to be much more difficult to work with than one backed by a well thought out style guide.
