Lack of housing, drug problems, and mental illness are not independent variables. A few months on the streets can push sober folks towards getting high, not to mention hurt one's sanity.

They have sunset third party kext files. That means if the kern crashes, it is Apple's fault. I once did a little MacOS driver development and had a kext signing key. It was an unforgiving, poorly-documented environment. Good riddanc

I had lower back problems from running until I found a stretch that immediately fixed it. It was debilitating. The solution was the simple butterfly stretch. Even 20 seconds resolves my lower back pain. YMMV.

It isn't just an "algorithm" in the computer science sense. It is property managers reporting a bunch of information that is then fed into an algorithm. Selling the algorithm should be fine. The information sharing is the pa

Isotretinoin and benzoyl peroxide are not remotely similar drugs. They have completely different mechanisms of action. That they both treat acne is essentially a coincidence.

One could make the argument that low interest rates suppressed the housing supply crisis. Housing prices around me is up 25% since 2021 and show no signs of slowing down. Interest rates aren't high by historical terms. They are about .

OLED is by far the best type of monitor for text. New OLEDs have about the same burn-in risk as old CRTs. I use a 43 inch LG C3 TV. It is "smart", but at least the smarts are slightly useful, in that I have automations that contro
