You don’t really need to do anything extra at 50. 50 is a basic baseline for a lot of folks running 3-3:30 marathons. I stretch for about 3 minutes after I run, and little else, for instance, and I’m at 60-70mpw, old, and a bit overweight.

Not disputing your point of view, but wasn’t this always the case at some level? The <version> to <version>S was, to my memory, never that big, so you were really looking at two year cycles for major updates. No comment on wheth

Energy loss from wireless charging is utterly meaningless. It’s like focusing on the length of your shower instead of agricultural water use.

Why would I bother building something new that there’s no guarantee I can ever use, that provides no competitive advantage whatsoever, when I can just use the existing standard, no matter how outdated or inferior it might be? Legislating a

Do you really think most people are making an informed choice, as opposed to clicking the button that gets rid of the pop up fastest? Especially on mobile where the pop up obscures basically the entire site, and the byzantine process of opt

What do you think I’m posting on LinkedIn that ought to be private? It’s basically my resume, on a site that allows two-way job searching. I’m unclear why you think “normies”, which should be a highly embarrassing thing to actually say, wou

Yes, it’s probably the licensing test, rather than the years of medical school and residency that are weeding people out. Are you aware of the pass/fail rate on the license exams?

You don’t think your neighbors’ voting habits in local elections will affect your life? There are numerous counties in Texas, for instance, that have criminalized driving a woman through their county for the purposes of getting an abortion.

Yes, a comment on a website that just says “no” is way more truthy and should be taken at face value. Anything published and peer reviewed can just be assumed to be false. Great call. Thanks for really bringing up the level of discourse.
