AirMessage is open source (and quite old, unsure if its maintained). It requires a Mac computer to run some kind of forwarding software however.

Tell that to the VC posters, the corporate drama posts, the psychology links, the biology, space and popular science articles that are on here. This place isn't for just hackers, not anymore at least. And that brings good and bad.

They also don't work at all when there's a network outage and you have no mobile data on your phone. (Whereas TOTP would work). An issue I have run into before.

I agree. I've always hated the twitter-style threads people write. I can't stand it. There are websites that compile a thread into a better reading blog style format however.

There is no such thing as a true random generator when we are talking about software - hence the P in PRNG. The seed value to any of these algorithms is meant to be the "true" random part - or as close to that as it can be. The id

Good point. I've been working out more often. Lifting weights, calisthenics. It definitely does help me get in three meals a day more often, but not consistently.

I have a high metabolism but a low desire to eat sometimes. I force myself to eat three meals a day. Could be a mental problem I don't know. But my point here was that I feel the complete opposite to this.

Moved away from Termux because of the lack of storage space on my device (have a very sizable collection of local music). When I get a new phone, with a larger storage capacity, I'll be installing it again right away! I miss using it.

They were never going to fix it - they used it to their advantage to fear monger and sway votes in their favour. A tale as old as time.

Probably not much at all. Thankfully they didn't shove it down user's throats - its kinda hidden behind a setting. I guess if they did push it harder to users it may have generated more revenue, at the cost of users who won

Very personal opinion, but I think the image is overcomplicated. Fedora base + systemd + sshd + application? This can surely be smushed down to being a go-krazy image. I guess then, you'd have to rewrite in go, and device support would

They simply make way too much money off of Marvel from the fanboys, etc to care about whether the movies are actually good. This may have been a flop, but there are a plethora of trash marvel movies that have made a profit, they will defini

Tree style tabs are good. Great, even. But their UX implementation as a sidebar add-on isn't ideal IMO. Where edge gets it right is the side-tab bar can be automatically collapsed and extended on hover. I don't recall if you can d

Same situation here. I do enjoy vertical tabs. I think edge has the best implementation of them.

Don't mean to be rude but... You _bought_ company swag, as an employee? Don't they usually give out like at least a free t-shirt and a mug for everyone?

If your private SSH key is password protected, it is encrypted symmetrically with that password. If somebody steals your password protected private key file, having the password protection there means they have to bruteforce the password. I
