This is why I need to work from home. I have random periods of chronic insomnia. If I’m able to get a nap in, it breaks the cycle. If not, after 2 days, I begin to spiral down. When in the office, I could only recover on the weekends, leavi

I’m also a 47 year old, obese individual who has tried the gym, and although I can stick with it for about 2 months, it’s never sufficient to really move the needle. Now that I’m 70lbs lighter, going to the gym is much easier in my body. It

Zepbound has a coupon. It’ll be about $550/month after coupon (if the coupon system weren’t recently cyber attacked). You can easily find some online physician to prescribe it for you. Studies show a 22% weight loss in around 18 months

The 1MB streaming data from disk should be closer to 4ms (250MB/s). Disk streaming rates (on 7200rpm drives) have not improved significantly, based upon the published “sustained transfer rate OD” metrics from the three drive manufactur

Maybe someone needs to make a rice cooker which does the 5min boil, discard method automatically. I’d buy it.

If you’re considering a vehicle which is less likely to depreciate, the F250 is less likely to be replaced by electric vehicles.

I don’t see anytime in the near future where a Ford F250 Diesel will be supplanted by an electric vehicle. For a dual car household, a Tesla Model Y and an F250 Diesel seems to be the optimal choice.

There are no changing tables in the men’s room. Well, there are, but they’re rare, and the ones which are there are disgusting. You wouldn’t want to put your kid on that thing.

Someone screwed up marketing. I would have bought one. Never even heard they were on the market. Never saw one in person outside E3, where the line was so long I never got to try it.

The 5G just isn’t reliable enough yet. Maybe in the future. But for high speed, reliable internet, Cox has a monopoly.

I called to cancel my Internet service with Cox after signing up for Verizon 5G internet. Of course they attempted to retain me by offering a discount. A couple months later and the Verizon 5G wasn’t reliable enough for my work from home ne

Now you’ve got to have a 75KW of grid storage available for these peak use cases for every car. Quartzite currently has 120 charging spaces. 100x increase boosts that to 12,000 spaces. That’s all the parking at the Mall of America. Mind bog

The edge case I’m worried about is travel time during the holidays. Between LA and Phoenix is a desolate stretch of freeway running through a small number of essentially truck stop towns. The most isolated one, Quartzite, has an enormous Te

Has Masimo stated what their proposed licensing fees would be? $10/watch, retroactively, seems like a reasonable deal. I bought my Apple Watch 6, specifically for that feature, even though I had a perfectly functional Apple Watch 3.

I’ve taken a Waymo a half dozen times. It tends to go through residential neighborhoods instead of making a left across traffic. It felt like it went miles through the neighborhood at 15mph instead of on the main street at 45mph. Somehow I
