I am surprised no politician (that I am aware of) has legally changed their name to Lower Taxes before running for election, seems like they’d be a shoe-in with little effort.

They are also addicts. They’re addicted to the dopamine rush of their stock prices ticking higher and moving up the wealth ladder.

That's all besides the point. It sounds like he is making < $1 million / yr which might technically put him in the top 1%, but his wealth is still far from the point of being a target for wealth taxes that some on the left have

$400k/yr is not rich in this country. At best it's upper-middle class. In fact it shouldn't even be tied to income. I have some very wealthy friends, i.e. people that just casually have $80 million cash in a checking account

You will never find yourself in a timeline in which you're not alive. Perhaps you've already died in all the other timelines; this is the one where you live long enough to benefit from life-extending technology and eventually immo

Would be nice if we spent some time cracking down on that kind of tax theft rather than wasting time on drag shows and the 3 dozen teens in the whole country on puberty blockers

I have encountered a situation a few times where a bug that went unnoticed for a while was actually keeping another, more serious bug from surfacing. So when the first bug was fixed, it caused more serious problems elsewhere in the system.

All they have to do is build an index though right? Like if they wanted to, they could build a web version that looks like Reddit and is google friendly. I’m sure a lot of discord servers would love that as a way to bring in new members.

I've done 300 actual miles with my model 3 (long range) and now with my X as well. I've heard the Ioniq has good range as well and I'm sure more models are being released every few months from other brands with actual ranges

You need fast charging at home, end of story. If you can only get 120V at home, forget it. That being said once you do get it, it's so nice never having to stop at a gas station again. As for insurance, you should shop around. Not sure

You just need a good EV. PHEV is like buying a typewriter with a screen when everyone is already buying computers. I have had a pure EV since 2019 and never had charging problems like that and I drive a lot. I have the 14-50 at home and it
