Sorry to be a wet blanket, but Magit for Emacs already has a convenient UI for reviewing diffs (as well as viewing status, logs, rebasing, etc.), so I don't know if I personally would use this tool from Emacs. But it wouldn't hurt

I think use cases like that will be where "AI" has the biggest wins. That's a task that I could automate as a developer, but other than LLM "vibe coding", I don't know that there's a good way for a lay per

That raises the question of why not just use Signal and avoid a company whose founder thinks we're all "dumbfucks" and has a long history of scandals and privacy violations? The evidence is pretty clear that Facebook wants to

I dont' follow. The argument is that browsers can't respect a user's text size settings because LinkedIn has a terrible design that limits it to using less than 1/3 of the available screen space. Just one more reason I

Not to crap on this project too much, but this, and most of the other small CAD projects that get posted here, always have a condescending, "Look how easy I've made this" vibe to them, and then they're always light years

I wonder if there needs to be a single reserve currency any more. In the past it made things easier for everybody to use the same currency, but is that still the case with modern electronic transactions? Maybe it splinters into Euro, BRICS,

It's circular logic. The market is "AI everything" because they (and Google, OpenAI, and Facebook) are shoving it down people's throats so they can desperately try to recoup their investment in GPUs.

There's a whole design niche dedicated to making that label as subtle and hard to see as possible. And I'm skeptical ads will remain outside of the ChatGPT output for very long. You can hide a div tag, but you can't hide an

The VC funding model is broken in general - it's not only bad for open source projects, it's bad for most projects. Modern expectations that a VC pumps in millions (or billions) of dollars and then extracts 10s of billions a few y

Honestly, both the Lightning and the Cybertruck are just bad trucks. Some review of the Lightning I read said it has less than a 100 mile range towing a full load. It's a fashion statement, not a work vehicle.
