There have been 5 female cofounders. Marie from Heysan, Divya from Jamglue, and Michelle (with a company from last summer that hasn't launched yet) are the women still involved with their startups. I hope more women will apply for funding

I was quoted in this article, but the point I really wanted to make (that ended up on the cutting room floor obviously) was that a startup should be more concerned about the 3-person startup working on the same thing than an investor or big

It's no dealbreaker by any means, especially if you are a c corp in DE. It's just been more difficult to do some of the "legal cleanup" necessary for YC to make its invetsment than if you start from scratch.
