I'd love to hear more about how Sweden became your adopted country and how the social aspect has been. I've read that it's hard for newcomers to make friends.

My family has been flying SW almost exclusively for 10 years and this Christmas was the first problem we’ve encountered. Something definitely changed with the new CEO because the usually happy workers were much less so. For instance, they

Very cool! The muses occasionally speak to me, e.g. when I was making funny songs to entertain my daughter, but the next day the muses stay away, and I can't remember the parts that made it fun.

Just one data point, but I can't say I've had any development problems with Docker on MacOS. It's frustratingly slow, but it has always worked. Perhaps you are doing stuff way more complicated than just running a few containe

I want to love Linux, but somewhere in the 2000s I just got sick and tired of trying to tweak things to just work. There was no going back when Apple released the first Intel laptop. Sure, there's an "Apple Tax" which basical

I’m using Reeder with Feedly. Reeder makes processing a lot of feeds pretty easy. I keep hoping Feedly will help separate the wheat from the chaff in my feeds with their ML work, but it seems to require me doing more than clicking on what t

Seems to me that rail would be much better than roads. We don't need to replicate on the Moon the mess that is American roads and sprawl. Either way, 3D printing rail/roads sounds like a good idea.

My observation, which also applies to finding a SO, is to get out there and do a bunch of different things, and it will find you. You cannot read a book and find your calling, though it may give you ideas about interesting things to try.
