[Promotional warning] Damn. As a founder in the incident management space (Rootly) I've had a lot of respect for Opsgenie. They had unique features like heartbeats and ran a lean but mighty team before selling to Atlassian. We saw them

As a founder in this space (Rootly.com), I firmly believe in rising tides lift all ships. Let's all keep making incidents work better for folks! :)

Yup! I told the team at our all-hands I started doing this and usually while I am in motion. So far only positive feedback. I've also been able to get ahead of a few silos that were building at our business too. Fun way to get to know

Congrats on the launch, we'll have to get you integrated with Rootly :). We can enable incident responders to fetch metrics while they respond to incidents in Slack!

I would also take a look at Rootly.com - companies like Elastic, Figma, and others use them to automate their incident response. They allow companies to collaborate on Slack, plug into existing integrations like PagerDuty/Jira, and off

Congrats on the launch, the early traction is great to see. Would be happy to jam more on my experiences building Rootly.com, an incident management platform on Slack used by Canva, Cockroach Labs, and others! :) -JJ
