I often load and process binary data with Matlab into spreadsheet format, because it supports so many file types. Then process data frames in R or python. R for non-neural models and Python for GPU stuff. Visualizations also R.

I hate typing on mobiles, so wouldn't it be cool if the app could use the camera to look at the text and just tap to highlight/lookup a word? Voice lookups might also be a good thing.

I'd argue appliances should be walled and computers shouldn't be. I think the form factor is very relevant. A MacBook is treated like a computer. A phone is treated like an appliance. Most phone/tablet users want the convenie

Raw, yes. But I use alot more seasoning with vegetables. I spend more time chopping and simmering. And the end result just isn't as enjoyable as a steak.
