I checked into it myself - perhaps OP was referring to this Trump claim, which is supported only by a single tweet? https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.statesman.com/news/20200330...

Spacer components + flexbox + components defined in JS/JSX is basically a copy of how TeX does things (single unified macro language, hspace/vspace, boxes and glue algorithm which is pretty much flexbox). Feels like we could have

I think there was a text input element that you actually typed into, which showed the cursor and handled IME. After composing a character, that character would be rendered into a div and the input element moved to the next position. I'

I've implemented text editing on top of contenteditable, and directly via key events etc. The latter is far less work. contenteditable gets you 60% of the way there but is so buggy and inconsistent that you have to override all its beh

You seem to be suggesting that the answer is Obama (false). Look at yourself, you are justifying mass detention and the punitive separation of children from their families.

I've been less optimistic about WebAssembly than most HN commenters, but I was still surprised by this paper. WebAssembly is being used at all on less than 0.2% of sites; those uses boil down to just a couple of hundred of unique modul
