I made my llms.txt by asking Claude to generate it from my resume and website. You can run your own version pretty easily if you can spin up an express server. I haven't dialed in the readme yet but this package offers all the mcp func

Claude Remote MCP uses SSE so you'll need to bind the sse handlers to express. However, SSE is deprecated so you might also want to bind the modern http endpoints. You can do both in the same app.

I was sure it would be off the island somewhere so I looked it up. There are many depots around the boroughs and they seem to handle their servicing internally there. There is one not far off of Times Square.

The first thing that comes to my mind is lock-in. if you push the application to Heroku and "it just works" then when you need to deploy it somewhere else you still have that hurdle to cross. Heroku's pricing adds up quickly.

I'm not sure why they would evaluate any apps other than the ones they want to consider allowing people to install. It certainly does sound wasteful to evaluate something no one wants.

I work at a company where everyone is expected to be in the office. But we have early birds and night owls employed by the same company to work together. We don't have a formalized solution as night owls do as you described and get on

I feel like getting to the point that my container restarts when it dies is hard from just userdata loaded in when the instance is created. Everyone will let me spawn a base image with docker installed and shove in a userdata script but I w

Tooling from the office that I miss is often in the visibility category. Metrics, logs, uptime monitoring/self healing, etc all come for free in my work environment but if I deploy on a digitalocean droplet then I have to figure out a

If you're willing to live in a densely populated metro area (where 100k doesn't go as far as you'd think) you just have to learn some hot skill and how to interview. 100k is north of entry level but certainly not a senior pay

I suspect the recording were either much smaller (Let's call it 30 songs which seems insane still if compared to an ipod but it wouldn't exist for several years.) or there was audiophile quality hardware in it in which case carryi

We finally got NPM out of the loop for production deploys and it's been glorious. We ship down a tarball of the repo after an npm install and include a node interpreter.

This is totally anecdotal but, moving from Mountain View to Denver was night and day. A couple of examples: Work seems to go slower here. It seems even the frantic pace of startup life takes a back seat to work life balance. People aren

Why? The pay gap is real and was nearly an aside in the article. This article is about a woman being mistreated by men in tech. This comment seems to be as well.

I wonder how much "side projects" would help in the job hunt. Build things, put them on github, write 500 words about it, add to resume, repeat. Maybe I succeeded despite working like this, but I tend to think I succeeded because

It might be time to up your rate again. You've been doing this ~14 weeks full time to make $25k at 45/hr. That's a lot of experience. You might lose a couple of jobs upping your rate to $100/hr but you'll need half
