I think a large part of the population fits in the above bucket and the processes for handling the above issues could be simplified. Perhaps those looking to itemize could complicate their yearly tax calculations or hire a CPA, but the res

To me it seems that as interest rates go up bonds will take the place of riskier investments. Down the road the interest rates will drop again but I don’t think that crypto prices will rise much until that happens. It’s been marketed heav

I’d claim that if a person owns 10 percent they can afford to fill 9 percent of those and push up prices such that it becomes a net gain. It seems as though housing is priced on the edges of supply and demand and that a slight excess of ei

I agree that nimbyism is harmful, however I also think that the organizations owning large portfolios of properties can generally find a way to maintain scarcity levels in the presence of additional construction.

Not sarcastic, looking at statistical modeling there is a vast library of modeling techniques and research of which “AI” is a small component. In my experience, non-AI models tend to outperform the AI ones in many applications. This is diff

I’d recommend generalized linear models which are a subset of linear mixed models. These are the driving force for financial services. The model building process for these translates well to other types of models. Decision trees and random

Agreed. The billions of dollars thrown at anything claiming “AI” is quite disappointing. It’s a small branch of statistics the same way that statistics is a small branch of math. At this point, even a rolling average is labeled as AI.

Id claim it’s the products bought without clear alternative choices or understanding in the disposability of the designs. When I bought a MacBook Air around 2012, I didn’t expect the battery to be so remarkably difficult to replace as ever
