   Sigil has been around for a while. I used it a few years ago to typeset a sci-fi novel I published through Amazon KDP. Unfortunately it was not as easy for me to use as Apple Pages, which supports saving to ebook directly.

    I have to agree. I have been a big champion of GH but the more I use GL the more I keep asking myself why I don't just do all my stuff in GL.
