Cash purchases in Canada are indeed rounded to the nearest nickel; it is not always up. Credit/debit purchases are still to the penny, as there is no reason for them not to be. All cash purchases average out to no change over time, and

Microsoft has a long history of not only opposing open source, but actively trying to attack and discredit it. That and they are somewhat notorious for their whole "Embrace, Extend, Extinguish" approach.

I raised an eyebrow at that as well. My workstation running Windows 10 is currently chugging along with 236 Processes, 3564 Threads and 154915 Handles, which is pretty typical of this system.

I've encountered one 25 minute ad on YouTube, I don't recall what it was for though. I laughed and reloaded the page, and off to the races. I've also encountered a number that range in the 5-10 minute range. I don't use

Rich Hickey's "Hammock Driven Development" is a great talk regarding just this, for anybody who hasn't seen it. I personally find this is one of the most effective ways of cracking a difficult problem. It's amazing
