yeah, not sure what is too hard to understand about that. Perhaps it depends on the context but I highly doubt you can go wrong by saying a cache should be added to reduce latency.

I mean this is the same guy who camped out at the factory for like 3 weeks to iron out all the production issues with model 3 and scale production up to meet demand, and it more or less worked. Perhaps you don't need the Toyota product
