Right. I'm looking at demonstrated competence in operating a Robotaxi service in the real world, backed by statistical data. You are looking at a video of a Waymo taxi stuck in traffic next to a video of a Tesla that is not. I have n

Its needed another 9 months for about 5 years now. Tell me, was it also for political reasons that Tesla stopped reporting disengagement data?

It still matters who your customer is if your mistreatment of them drags your own brand name through the mud in a front page Hacker News story.

Notice he isn't claiming its a currency, even if we take all the claims at face value. Apparently he is not alone though as the value has climbed 33% since the election. I had not even heard of this fantasy of a TrUmP crypto boom.

You say this like it is incremental improvement needed, or that we can see signs of a major shift in capabilities coming. Yes, people are predicting this. People were predicting personal travel by jet pack at one point as well.

Yeah, its more like it can generate 70% of the code by volume, rather than get you 70% of the way to a complete solution. 12 week projects don't become 4 week projects, at best they are 9-10 week projects.

As someone pointed out just below, you do not need two rows. You can have one row: (amount, credit_account, debit_account).

The problem with their old pricing structure is that it attracts high-utilization customers who will max out their transfer every month. But yes, they raised prices for all of us. Their pricing was so low, my guess is it was never profitabl

I'm rated 1450 USCF and I think I've seen 3 attempts to play an illegal move across around 300 classical games OTB. Only one of them was me. In blitz it does happen more.

Win32 is the native GUI toolkit on Windows. Winforms is a .NET wrapper to it. There isn't any debate to be had there. Yes, the same vendor provides other toolkits. Linux is a kernel project, and different distributions are for many pur

There is no way to game it successfully; if your insurance costs are much higher than your competitors you will lose in the long run. That doesn’t mean there can’t be other penalties when there is gross negligence.

I think this is the answer: the company takes on full liability. If a Tesla is Fully Self Driving then Tesla is driving it. The insurance market will ensure that dodgy software/hardware developers exit the industry.

A tablebase does include every possible move from every possible position. There are many transpositions, saving space but still every single possible line from a position is represented in a tablebase. How is that different from every poss

Unless you’ve calculated every line to a forced win or draw you don’t actually know the objective evaluation of a position and so you can’t determine “best move”. That’s what a tablebase is.
