A very clickbaity title, yes! But crucially it's 100% true. Part of the reason I wrote this is because CM is not getting much exposure right now and I'm worried it is going to die quick death within months after launch (like TCD).

The predominant answer around here seems to be that it's not worth it if you are doing it for external rewards because the experience you could gain in that time would be better. More work experience might be a better way to improve yo

Either you are misunderstanding the usage of "hack" in that context or you've written an intentionally clickbaity title.

I've noticed the same thing on reddit for as long as I can remember. Obscure comments that are polite, useful, and avoid controversial topics routinely get down to 0 or -1 points. I know this is all rather meaningless, but something ab

Very interesting. I checked out your website and noticed it doesn't mention you have a Raleigh location; maybe you're already aware.

At the time, I weighed 180 and benched about the same. I was less concerned with the numbers than just how it felt like I was hitting a brick wall and at huge risk for injuring myself. Bench and overhead press were the two exercises in SS t

I tried Starting Strength a few years ago. I was really pumped about the program, but I had a lot of trouble with it. I read the how-to sections multiple times, watched Rippetoe videos, and even sought out a trainer at one point. No matter

This is sort of what I've assumed recently. I hear this a lot and it always sounds like there is an implicit "do you disagree?" after the first statement to which the person is responding "no, I agree with you."

You obviously have a high metabolism and abundant energy and willpower. Otherwise you wouldn't say "dieting was not difficult" or it only takes "a bit of time each day." Not overeating requires willpower every wak
