I'm sure I am, but unless I'm remembering it very badly they didn't have quite the same 'OMG Science!' presentation. The bit about the gyros in the Click video is awful. I was expecting her to use the word boffin at any moment.

Cheers, I'll give that a listen. I ought to stray from Radio4 and 6music a little more often.

Off topic rant, the BBC's Click strand drives me up the wall on occasions that I see any of it. We used to have the wonderful (if haphazard) Tomorrows World as primetime science viewing and now we're left with Click which is broadcast in a

I think this speaks towards a lack of confidence in the winphone product, at least on the part of the marketeers behind this campaign. To go on the attack as part of your campaign says that you're feeling defensive and negative about your o

I generally come read the comments on a post before visiting the linked page, I'd read your comment and still tried to scroll once I finally clicked through, it just says 'more down here' to my muscle memory.

I know people are pointing out the existing easy solutions, but I'm really quite taken by the idea just for the 'Oh gosh, yeah! so simple' moment I had when I saw it. If I could buy a bag of these I'd happily sew one on to all my shirts in

Oh okay. I'd never noticed that because I've always got doctrine in use anyway. /me wanders off to look more closely at the components.

3) In this specific case we're reliant on Doctrine to read Doctrine annotations because we're already reliant on Doctrine to be Doctrine. Possibly relevant if the annotation reader was purely collecting metadata it did not use itself.

I thought that for a moment, but I'm consoling myself with the fact my purchase has helped this happen (in a tiny tiny way). Every cloud has a silicon lining, I have a new toy and unintentionally I did a little bit of good.

did you try, or do you know if merely adding nofollow was enough to have an impact? I've always assumed comment spam links were more about growing/stealing page rank than actually being clicked by anyone.

Regardless of spam protection, I like the idea of a 'deep breath and count to ten' being forced on a commenter before they can submit and I'd love to know what an impact that might have on comment quality somewhere like youtube.

Sorry, as mgkimsal said I should have added some punctuation, "Maily, a 'my first email' app for kids" would have been better.
