Must be a term in the contract to allow Samsung to do so. My guess: likely that Apple is ending the contract early, and the term is the way for Samsung to cover its investment in the chip plant.

If I'm not wrong Tim Cook did hint at a revamp Mac Pro in spring 2013. I believe it will be build for server farm as Apple itself needs hardware for their own server farm. Great idea you have!

Here in Singapore, you don't see any iPhone 5 ads. But Samsung ads together with the three local telcos are everywhere. iPhone 5 sells itself as it is hot seller here. No doubt Samsung might sell more due to the ads and more models at lower
