ActiveState's Stackato already has Tornado support (we have a demo of Tornado Chat with MongoDB), amongst other features that are not yet in Cloud Foundry (Perl, run and db migration, ...). More about those at http://www.activestate.com/b

Actually some of the others do this as well. I believe that facet exists because of many States gift card laws. Yet another area that Groupon et al may hit issues with in the future.
