Awesome! One thing that jumped out at me (especially when comparing the Vimeo / YouTube skins) is that the play buttons are not anti-aliased. I highly recommend making them inline base64 PNGs, so they look smooth as well as still being op

There's two main differences for me. a) It takes some work to create a new Google doc and set it up for sharing. Etherpad was as simple as pasting the URL. b) Etherpad shows changes from different users with a different background color.

That's interesting that a piece of tape does indeed fix the problem. On last week's TWiT, one of the antenna engineers they had on kept saying how tape doesn't solve it.
