I learned enough to know that a lot of people designing electronics taught by civilian colleges should have gone into the military first and learned how electronics works and what it gets subjected to in the field and how it can fail misera

Now that I think about it more, why create all that complex syntax when you could use a client side application like InkScape to create a hamburger icon then just reference it in HTML simply which I thought was how HTML was supposed to work

Google Photos hamburger icon is SVG

I see, we just noticed the story on Roku Technology News this morning too, didn't realize Google did try to buy them. In that case, it makes complete sense, thanks.

Agreed, the Sun is a massive power we also still don't fully understand, is mostly safe and has all the energy humans will ever need (IMO); we just need to strive at understanding it and how to harness it better.

With Git though, I can and do have many micro repositories scattered around my disks. My bin and Documents directories almost always have their own repositories each. Git works great for this as well as being a tool to help teams with code

The blog is being served by a server called Cowboy, some quick Googling shows it's written in Erlang. Overall if Oracle doesn't screw it up, Java (at least the platform) does have a bright future.

I always over time consider options, Microsoft doesn't have Gates running it any more so maybe they really are turning over a new leaf. It was heavy on my mind this week and lead to the question, not making any hasty moves.
