Isn't there an API to find out why a message was SPAM filtered ? Or are you afraid that "rogue" applications will use it to produce messages that are SPAM but yet not trigger the SPAM filter ?

While in computer science I don't have an issue to learn stuff by myself. In math and statistics, I need the context first before I can grasp what a written text about math and statistics really means. A teacher can fill this gap. Yes

Types are nice, but in the end a type doesn't convey all the semantics. Types also add overhead. They can be also superfluous and unnecessary. Getting your types in a application right and to gain the optimum from them is quite some wo

There is not an old "xcode" compatible package system. The issue is here, that the C++/Objective-C/C eco system doesn't have a standardize module system. Cocoa pods fills good part of the gap.

Also for large scale changes rebasing can be very difficult. Yes you can minimise it by rebasing often, but once you didn't manage to do it a merge can be easier.

a nice technique is also the ostrich technique: ignore the community for a couple of months, check in, evaluate the latest developments; pick the ones that makes sense; then ignore the community again. ;)

No free to play game makes money if it is not fun. Free to play cannot rely on promises of classical marketing. Hence, the game needs to be fun or people stop paying.

Yes. your link times will grow. But link times are not depended on choice of language. It depends on how big your set of object files is. Depending on your platform you can optimize your build. I.e. - use dynamic link libraries - use creat

To me it looks like it you would like to use plain C as scripting language for game logic code. Your arguments make sense there and the trade of looks reasonable. However, it doesn't make necessarily sense put the restrictions across t
