There is no 4 cylinder F-150, but there are 2 V6 engines of various size, and the 5.0L V8 for the purists. The hybrid and electric versions of the F-150 are also coming within 2 years, which is exciting because if Ford pulls it off, then th

I'm betting that they're aware of this, but are restrained by some arcane federal employment rule that says that butts have to be in seats within the DC area.

I love how the author broke down the user journey for capturing images with a smartphone vs a camera, seems like there's still a lot of room to improve the UX of shooting with a dedicated camera. I wonder why camera makers haven't

Is this a symptom of one party governance? It's certainly not because of a lack of money or progressiveness. If anything, I would expect that the California state government would be leading in all of these issues.

To paraphrase James Carville, "It's the people, stupid". It seems like there's a lot of Californians who talk about sustainability, but then turn right around and vote in people who continue to promote suburban sprawl, s

Saying that California is a low tax state is completely wrong. The state is known for high taxes even when compared to other liberal states in the US.

I believe that Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security make up close to 50% of the government's budget. Put military spending in there, and I'd be surprised if it didn't go over 75%.

I hear this repeated a lot, and I'm not so sure I buy it. Yes, Prop 13 limits how much taxes can go up, but if that's the case, then why wouldn't you try to build more to capture more tax? I'm willing to bet that easing

I lived in an older suburb near Detroit that was a mix of single family houses and duplexes. It was fairly walkable, but that's because the houses were built on small lots with very little space between the houses. I had 2 bus lines wi

Ironically, this could potentially help Trump due to the fact that some manufacturers might say "Screw this noise", and attempt to use more US based sources in order to avoid more trade uncertainty.

Like others have said, this oil would probably be run to refineries by train. This is inefficient, but until new pipelines are built, it's the best way to get oil from the field to the refinery.
