While I wouldn't support using antitrust laws against Facebook, as I don't with Google, because using either is basically voluntary. I'm often surprised at the different treatment the two receive, in that regard.

I'd never heard of BoxBe, so I took a look. Turns out they're owned by http://eDataSource.com which provides "real-time monitoring of 1.5 million active consumer inboxes" for email marketers. No thanks.
