I'll build something and then after it's done think "why did I do that?" But I guess it was fun during the process/before it existed. Lately though I've been thinking something isn't a waste of time if it

Did have a thought about a physical device/notification system that lets you know the sky is clear, would be interesting to work on that the tracking/predicting position assuming data is available.

Haha, have to put "away" on your status at night. Yeah I see general threads get pinged from another country "I'm not here".

Kind of curious what this weapon is, said "projectile" so I guess it's not a laser, I was thinking of those "Gods rods" but that's for targeting the ground

One week my sleep pattern flipped so I was working at night/sleeping after scrum. Back to normal now but starting to shift forward again.

Yeah the tagging jobs I did were weird like "find the baby" haha... And other obvious tagging videos. I can get from the user side about the burner accounts. I feel a physical response when I get denied to post a first post say in

I had considered using services like Google Cloud Vision or other services for explicit image detection anyway. Most websites it seems when you upload an image it's immediately available, I always wonder if it goes through some basic m

Made a few of my own. Locally I use a shared API hosted by a Pi, and then my phone(Android widget) and cross platform app(Electron) uses it. It's basic note title/body. Also have one online but it's statically encrypted. For

That's interesting, just yesterday I considered the idea of the cost(host) to have to download an entire video up front eg. video tag vs. streaming(YouTube) I wonder if that is the rationale.

> actually help people so from their point of view Hmm I did not think of that. My rant was mostly about scams where you know it's a lie eg. a fake virus and then you proceed to convince someone they have to pay you money to fix thi

Haha these cookie popups, I don't know why I'm hesitant to take action on them. So like this site on mobile I'll read the article through half my phone screen.

I still want to figure out how to make an artificial stomach that digests plastic and produces electricity. I just imagine building drones that eat the plastic in the ocean for fuel. Down to the microplastic too eg. mini whales ha.

Unrelated: was thinking how it would be possible to truly prove uniqueness eg. by DNA but it seems everything can be spoofed. One way to avoid it is computation eg. captcha but yeah sucks. This thought related to online voting. I do find it

I saw they have this satellite ground station service, I wonder what that would actually allow you to do.

Just my opinions: Try to avoid getting into rote learning. I learned that way as a kid, I'll find myself writing squiggly notes just because somehow it makes me remember stuff the act of writing something. For coding stuff I don't

Maybe it's poor access to contraceptives but I personally know people(family) in a third-world country where a single person has 4+ kids... I'm like why, can you even afford it. These people are also still living on a dirt patch i

Would this be that UFO-looking thing you stick in the ground outside. Or this is literally a router(box in home) that connects to what before connecting to the satellite(s)?

The low aspect ratio wings paired with the wing tip feathers to reduce wing tip vortices for birds of prey is pretty cool compared to the super high aspect ratio wings of Albatrosses.
