The only thing that is not completely generic imo is the color scheme FlatUI picked, which is similar to the scheme on LayerVault. But it's not exactly the same (I checked, everything is quite close though). Don't think something like that

The icons, while nice, seem to have depth (shadows, etc). Is that still flat?

Thanks, that link is way more interesting. Yanis Varoufakis is the economist valve hired to study the economy of steam and valve itself.

Happy to see this. I frequently keep a ton of tabs open and hate being startled by a random one making noise through an ad. In Fact, about a year ago I wrote a sticky note to myself to make this as an extension for a side project. Never did

I have a Galaxy Nexus and don't allow it to search history and still get a lot of info I consider useful. I think the only thing I allow it access to is email and location. Stuff like having a card for every package I get shipped or flight

I think Android permissions are probably the best at the moment, because they actually exist, are centrally located, and are easy to read. You won't see any certain permission detail longer than a few sentences. They also are shared, so if

I like it when I get linked to a started convo/branch, but I am having some issues with discoverability. Mainly, I can't seem to discover anything.

If you have the option for condointernet, go for that. By far the best option in Seattle.

this is frustrating, I just want to poke around and browser the site to see what is what. This seems to be quite difficult to accomplish.

not to mention the css alone for an instagram profile page weighs in at 400k. edit: well, it was 400k when they launched a few weeks ago, its about 250k now... still huge

It sounds like you are wanting to use some classes (like btn-group) as mixins, when this would not be a good practice, even if it worked the way you are attempting. You don't want to compile the btn-group less to css in every instance of it

Can't believe the linked article describes the Galaxy Nexus strength as the camera. It's arguably the weakest part of the device. It was an under-performing camera compared to others when the phone was announced, now it is left in the dust.

Cool side project. Just put of curiosity, do you run all of the current boards linked (rorjobs, webopsjobs and analyticsjobs)?

To be completely honest, I thought this WAS a Holden Outerwear project when I checked it out from your first post. Even the branding looks similar (Holden outwear also frequently uses a handwriting style logo).
