Very cool! Since this is all exposed to the internet, how do you keep it secure? I’ve got a spare laptop and a static IP, but I’m concerned about exposing my home server to attacks. Right now I’ve just got it all running in Tailscale, but I

I’m a proud and happy Linux desktop user and rarely have significant issues like the one described here. I attribute that to using a “boring” distro (latest Ubuntu LTS’s only), and “boring” hardware (a Dell XPS 13 which is known to have goo

Thank you so much for your work on Trystero! It’s one of the most amazing projects I’ve ever found. I’ve used it to great success on multiple projects and I’m a big fan. I don’t understand how Trystero doesn’t have thousands of GitHub stars

I’d love to be a lifer. I want to show up, give my honest 8 hours, and then be done until the next work day. I find myself in startups due to circumstance, not preference. I’d rather be in a slower, stable corporate environment (provided it

I've used Trystero on two of my open source projects ( https://chitchatter.im/ and https://www.farmhand.life ) and can confirm that it works as advertised. It is truly a magical bit of technology!

Just to follow up here, it turns out that there may be a way to detect if a peer connection is direct or relayed: https://stackoverflow.com/a/53138581 I'll try to surface this information to the user!
