Yes. See any given posting for a federal job. Strict age restrictions are imposed universally. Federal positions should not discriminate on age.

You'd be surprised. In law enforcement we'd get served with the craziest stuff from criminal targets that were attorneys. They'd literally try to bluff us into believing that whatever statute, evidence, or investigative met

First off, your manager, team leader, or whomever is supposed to be mentoring you is likely worse at “leadership” than you are at programming. If you get the opportunity to provide feedback, give honest feedback. Tell them they suck at me

The idea that we’d eventually come to a day when we can no longer see ourselves. That is hell for most, a gift to few.

Is the US media defense of China solely due to the exercise of influence through Chinese financial interests in their corporations? There doesn’t seem to be any other explanation for the intense media sympathy. It’s truly bizarre.

Think of all the regions one would have to target to make a difference. To truly affect the elections, one would have to significantly narrow down the pool. In the case of the 2016 elections, let’s say Democrat strongholds were targeted.

The concept of freedom is so interesting. In the US, it is an inherent right. Many things are protected as inalienable rights from government intrusion. But a darker picture emerges when freedom is weaponized by private people (e.g. corp

This crudely represents one way law enforcement and intelligence agencies (friend and foe) identify targets for further analysis. Think about ways this is weaponized a little more. We saw an example of this in the US Navy prosecution of G

Assuming everything is live presumes that we should have to care about what others think about any given conduct. Social justice is what this is plain and simple. Rule of law (or the absence thereof) is meaningless in modern society?
