There are interesting (aka crazy) copyright issues surrounding these recordings. Lomax had copyrights on songs he only recorded? And modern artists need to license them if they are sampled? http://www.ethanhein.com/wp/2

Start your own company, and you're free to try that out. Trying to force your own will on someone else's company and business plan is an economic road-to-ruin for everybody. Just ask the US Auto-makers.

Yeah the spammers call themselves geniuses and justify themselves as well. I for one, avoid ever clicking on those links that say something like "You won't believe what this guy's girlfriend did" or similar. Fool me once

No. Some folks or kids will still need help after the basic income is spent on booze or gambled away. And some people will choose to live on the streets. Society won't just let them starve in the gutter.

No surprise to me that these guys win some and lose some. All they are doing is trying to predict the future of a stock with absolutely no knowledge other than a graph of price movement. If it's going down, it will continue to go down.

No. That's not a view that I've heard over the years. We hear that Reagan's policies led to severe economic pressure on the USSR which in turn led them to have a more hands-off position with the Eastern-Bloc countries.
