It's the logical conclusion of the acceptance of hacktivist/activist groups in the tech community. Activists/Hacktivists want something their way. If they don't get it, they resort to violence, disruption, and/or ha

This is cancel culture. It happend for almost for almost a decade to right-leaning and/or conservatives. Tell me why I should suddenly care now, when it will be business as usual when a Democrat gets into power?

As if most people have a choice in the matter. To be honest, I don't think I would want to work with or hire you, based on your response here.

The Democrats posted violent narratives all over Twitter, which resulted in BLM/George Floyd riots. Strange I never saw an article shared on HN about it.

I review many sites/month from different clients. They are all using some form of JavaScript. It's like PHP, it will never die.

The market has changed. Most people that are unemployed for long periods of time aeen't willing to do what it takes to get a job or just keep sending out 1000 resumes and hope for the best.

It's already becoming a racket. I have barely technical people I knew from college pushing the latest AI certification (I can't imagine this staying relevant for longer than 6 months) and one being hired as a frontier AI engineer.

We never see articles about how many victims were actually killed by human traffickers. It's probably 100X the amount that happened here.

DeepSeek is the only one that I can directly ask about vulnerabilities and it will give me a PoC. Although not as good as others, it has helped me with security research. The rest have guard rails that are so heavy, it makes them almost use

I'm 1099, with many clients. I saved tons of money by just getting an accountant to do my taxes every quarter. There are lots of different things that can save you money that you won't find with programs like Turbo Tax.

Every person in history that needs to make a deal to get rich, needs an 'army of loyalists' to get there. This is reframing the norm as something out of the ordinary.

The same thing happened with the BLM groups during Covid. It was mostly people from overseas that created the groups and were promoting them.

This is true. I have artist friends that are boycotting any company using AI art for their flyers/ads. I looked at some examples and couldn't tell the difference.

College graduates have been saddled with debt for a few decades now. Universities know that most of the student base gets a federal loan and once the money changes hands, don't care if it can ever get paid back. This has led to adminis

If young graduates weren't so socialist and expect to be handed a good paying job, they might try to start their own company and create their own. I did this in 2008, an arguably equally bad economy as our current one, and created a bu
