Yes, I have tried both. However the only ANC I have experience with is AirPods Pro, so that's all I have to go on. But I can definitely say that IEMs do a better job than the AirPods.

They are definitely better. ANC can't beat physically blocking the soundwaves from hitting your eardrums.

Your answer isn't equally-good, it's worse. The argument for tabs is that each user can set them to display however they'd like. That's obviously not possible with spaces. So tabs make more sense.

Oh please. The people who complained didn't care about that. They didn't like Trump, and would complain about anything he did regardless of the merit. They are nakedly partisan.

Look at the installation procedure for that device. It requires removing the rearview mirror and plugging the device into the existing camera's wiring harness. It's not controlling anything via the OBD-C port.

Characterizing someone as "psychotic" for simply owning a firearm is pretty psychotic in my view.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to make money. The problem is that many (most? the vast majority?) of the ways to make money with crypto are basically pyramid scheme-type scams.

Sorry, I missed the part where you mentioned that you were writing your game in a similar style to classic games. Of course that does open up the door to similar bugs causing similar results.

I think it's a reflection of how incredibly simplistic these older systems and games really are. Modern games bear no resemblance to them as far as level design and asset storage go.

First of all, it's HIPAA. Second, I think you have a very deep misunderstanding of how all of this works. HIPAA is not in any danger whatsoever, and really has nothing to do with Roe.
