Honestly, I'm just applying stuff as preached by Customer Development & Lean Startup. I highly recommend those. Ash Maurya's Running Lean has some good conversation "templates" too. What I bring to the table here is not anything new tha

Along the same lines, mental health professionals usually draw a hard line between thoughts & feelings. Specifically, thought X cause feeling Y. Part of solving feeling Y is to correct thought X (which could be a "twisted thought" [1],

Motivation to do X often comes after you start doing X. Purposeful / meaningful activity is a great way to combat depression. Just my opinion, I'm not a subject matter expert.
