Depends on the state. Some are more business friendly than others. Michigan's LLC annual fee is $25. Arizona has a one-time LLC formation fee of $50 and no annual fees or filings. Each state is different.

If you settle, the complaint and other docket records are public record. There are sites that now publish lots of court records, so just googling a name may bring up lawsuits filed by that person. You don’t need to google specifically for c

Also consider this: if you do sue, any future potential employer who googles your name will see the lawsuit. This will dramatically reduce your chances of getting future jobs.

I recently switched to an iPhone from android. Brave seems like the only browser that allows me to block ads without some sort of external plug-in app. I miss having ublock on iOS. But brave seems to do the trick for me and its place.
