I am a little nervous about this switch, but it is definitely a high quality machine with solid attention to detail. Also, Windows 10 seems pretty solid. I have a long way to go, but I am hoping that I can use the Thanksgiving break to get

Is that the first gen or the new one? It is still a little back-heavy, but I suspect the bigger battery in the new base balances it out a little more.

You are right; I should have posted more of an explanation. I am a longtime Mac user who has grown disenchanted and I suspect I am one of many. After the back-toback announcements of the new Surface Book and the new Macbook Pro, I felt like

Success as a small company often comes from passion and expertise. Passion wants more than 3 hours a week. And if it makes money in 3 hours, chances are it makes more in 30 hours.

That's where I am headed. I bought a Surface Pro 3 to play around with and to use for my one .NET project. I loved it, but I gave it to my assistant b/c I didn't really want to use two computers. Well, time to buy a new compu

It sounds like the Linux on Win 10 stuff is just a native Windows version of bash and the GNU toolkit. Plus it has apt, so you can apt-get packages. Now, how many packages are available, I don't know. But I am hoping I can just open up

In my journey to buying and moving to the Surface Book, I just stumbled upon this announcement from March. I have a MSDN subscription, so will I have access to this preview as well? Is it good enough to do Ruby development on Windows direct

I am feeling the same way, except that I know what my next laptop will be. I am ordering a Surface Book. The weird screen thing looks terrible on this MBP. It will require me to look at my keyboard, not my screen. Meanwhile, the Surface Boo

This event determines whether or not I pre-order a Surface Book. It is Apple's to lose, but it looks like that is what is going to happen.

I own 3 retail stores and am excited about this. We have used GroupMe for a few years, but I am dissatisfied with how limited it is. Our team is not sitting at a computer all day and mostly needs to share information efficiently. With 3 loc

See my reply to the comment above. With local retail, you can't just measure the conversion rate. It is not about the specific number of seconds. It is about the implied engagement and focus of the audience. It is about a reported diff
