This, absolutely. I don't think any of my javascript, python projects, or even golang (pre-modules) would even build after a clean checkout. My maven projects? Sure they will build, and the tests will run just like the last time. Java

That is a very good price. The same model with the same price is available here, but with 8GB and a 3500u. Not equivalent at all!

Wow, that is a great insight of them. Usually my managers want to do MORE disparate things, and spread more thinly. It's nearly impossible to get them to cut anything and focus on a mission.

I am also a developer, I love tinkering, but my router and especially my phone, I want it to just work. I need my phone, if I could tinker with my phone it would be broken half the time!

I (luckily) only implemented a few smaller projects in elm around the time of 0.18 release. I started looking into how to get WebCrypto working, and was scared away by how they treated outside contributors. I liked Elm as a language, and Ev

Same, I graduated in 2013. nearly the entire class feel through in the process. The only thing I've never had any use for is differential equations. I have for instance never worked with signal processing.

I graduated with a masters in 2013 and my courses involved a lot of calculus, and some courses on theoretical foundations of computing ++ Still learned most of how to be a developer on my own, but I find immense value in the education. I le

You can't run an electrical grid on wind and solar alone and expect it to be stable enough. - The prospect of every household having a battery backup big enough to smooth over spikes and dips is ludicrously wasteful. We are already str

I love this! How small is a static binary to run this in my containers? How are some ways to integrate the typed config in a language?

I 100% agree. It should be considered an important feature that my configuration files (and transfer data) don't suffer from the halting problem.
