Of course. They said, "Oh, you want $15 /hr minimum wage? Cool we'll wait 5 years and cut the value of money in half while we pump the stock market. We'll still be rich and 15 will be 7.50."

It definitely takes some doing, and you're right about the measurements. I often draft the floorplan in AutoCAD first, bring that into Blender... But the results are amazing. I wonder if a powerful but easy interface could be built as

I recommend modeling in Blender and importing to Unreal, which has a library of furnishings and real time rendering.

Just cancelled. A few years ago we were talking about Netflix's huge data advantage. Today it's clear they have absolutely no idea how to pick a good project out of a thousand bad ones.

This is a little short sighted. I firmly believe that retopology, rigging, and UV unwrapping will be solved, and so will everything else. Just look at the pace it's changing.

Same here! It's happening, but there aren't any available to the public, at least with a GUI. I've been using AI that generates height maps using monocular depth estimation, and modeling from there. Combining this with Midjou

One big thing is Virtual Production, where we shoot video in front of large LED screens showing a 3D scene in Unreal. DMX allows seamless integration of live show control lighting with the lighting in Unreal.

There's no situation in which the NYC subway can accommodate a 50% increase in riders. Just building housing isn't enough. I do think this article is right about a lot of things, but I think that if we could magically increase hou

I'd like to also see what percentage of TV shows, films, commercials, etc. will be made in Unreal as well. At the rate the tech is expanding, pretty soon any media could be created in it.

Many LED wall shots are completely rotoscoped anyway just to dial it in that much further. But you still get the advantages of environmental lighting and the efficiency of real time decision making.

I disagree with two things here. Green IS traditionally an off-putting color, when we're talking about light: aliens, x-files, goo, and everything witchy. But in this context the thing that's harder on the eyes is the bubble itsel
