Given Microsoft's relationship with Nokia, doesn't that make the Lumia 920 the defacto flagship Winodws Phone? I agree with the author of the article that I would prefer it to come without all of the carrier garbage, but it's easily removed

I'm not so sure. Granted, I have a .Net past (I currently am a full stack javascript engineer), but I really enjoy the developer experience for Windows Phone - much nicer (IMO) than with Apple and iOS, from a language, ecosystem, and toolin

Actually, it's quite easy to write for the client in most languages targetting javascript. Certainly it's the case for CoffeeScript, and TypeScript looks even better in that regard since it's a strict superset.

I see this point as being fairly pessimistic. It's not saying that Retina screens are completely fantastic (although they are), but that many of the other tech revolutions won't have the impact on the mainstream that we expect them to. High

My biggest RSI issue has been mouse usage. I'm right handed, but switching to mousing left handed has been a huge help. Plus, since I'm more awkward mousing left handed, it's helped me become more keyboard-centric, and thus more productive.
