Good point. I based myself on an NPR story I heard this morning, I suspect they were referring to its Canadian equivalent.

No personal experience, but aren't those at least supposed to put you in contact with potential clients? I'm having a hard time finding any value added in this service over what my bank already offers me for free.

The title is a little misleading: This is not a commercial flight, currently the plane in question is licensed by the FAA as "experimental" specifically excluding commercial flights. Still cool! I think electric might have a great

If someone else is already successfully doing it, means there clearly is a need/market for what you plan on doing. Now talk to some of their customers and figure out how you can do it better!

Having done IT, I'd say it's fairly common. If the company does not have strict rules about personal use of systems, I generally ignored it ("Oh sorry, wrong folder" if the user was looking over my shoulder). In my curre

I'm not sure the financial incentive of such a site would be significant enough to generate a faster response time than the channels you already mention. Besides, isn't part of the beauty of side projects that you get to go down r

I haven't seen any posts about this issue that don't address direct quotes and/or posts by RMS directly. I wouldn't call that a "rumor mill". Granted, I have not read everything written about the subject.

1. Self driving cars do not change the laws of physics. I would not walk in front of a car (self driving or otherwise) if I didn't reasonably expect it to stop in time and driver response time is only a small part of that. 2. Self driv
