This is good. Can you add some voting thingie. There is a lot of trivial stuff, easily available on the bootstrap documentation itself.

I built a new programming language in scheme, wrote a compiler in C, map reduces in C++. I hate struts, hibernate and all shitty enterprise frameworks but I can proudly say that I love Java. I have used it for Speech synthesis, Image proces

Interesting. I just tried browsing facebook with Javascript off and pretty much nothing works. I can't comment, can't share, can't like. But guess what, ads show up and they can be clicked.

It's strange that the top comments here are blasting Google for things we couldn't care less about. I think it's awesome. Especially the search integration and ability to build apps. Dropbox is dead.

Never work with anyone in India, especially the big names, without taking atleast a 50% advance, and holding the source (or some other leverage) before the other 50%. You will be surprised how fast things move when they want them to.

I think I came out wrong. I know its freely available. However, most people who use it to get anything useful done (iOS apps, mac-appstore apps) end up paying Apple, subscription fees.

Apple already charges for XCode. 99$/year and 30% of everything built using it is not cheap.

I think the idea should be to put complete force behind passing some legislation which in a meaningful way restricts the influence corporations can have over congress.

Insane. Indian lower courts are crazy. If someone appeals to higher courts it will get overturned in no time. Thankfully, things are working from other ISPs, so it's a reliance only thing.
