I'd argue that "all men are created equal" is NOT an absolute moral truth, which is what I am sure you meant (unalienable means unable to be taken away). It's something I feel very strongly to be true, but it's some

They're things that seem to exist for people who believe in absolute morality stemming from a higher power. Let's just ignore the problem that no two people who believe in absolute morality can seem to exactly agree on what is abs

I don't get the advantage of that image, though. It makes sense for them to acquire things that make it easier to get started with Docker. I wouldn't be surprised if they acquired Panamax too.

Of course not. If the way you ask people out on dates involves overt sexual advances, that's definitely not an appropriate way to do it in the workplace.

Yeah, that's definitely a tricky subject without a clear cut answer. My personal opinion though is that denying agency to a woman (i.e. her right to choose to ask someone out if she wants to) is just as bad, though. It's like sayi

I'll take the risk of being buried along with beenpoor, but I should point out that asking someone out once is not harassment. Harassment is asking them out repeatedly after being turned down (i.e. it is known to be unwelcome). Not mak

I don't think it's very likely, but it might be possible a comet caused the theorized human population bottleneck around 70,000 years ago? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toba_catastrophe_theory

That's because they've spun it as "Obama trying to control the Internet" or whatever. Most rank-and-file conservatives didn't even know what it was until the GOP Powers That Be decided to take up the crusade.

I'd argue North Korea isn't a secular government. The Kims are portrayed to their people as a lineage of gods under the divine authority of Kim Il-Sung, and their people are forced to literally worship them. Stalin's governme

I suspect it might possibly be the same. Public sentiment is pretty strong about it, and it would be easy for the Republicans to take the angle of "freedom for small businesses and the free market" or whatever.
