Well, there went my excuse. I tried to set up a tunnel the other day and couldn't get it to work, but this worked like a champ. I can proudly say my client now owns two of the few IPv6-enabled porn sites on the planet. CloudFlare handled th

Cloudflare is amazing and I pay for it. I'm sure enough people feel the same way that they can at least continue to get funding rounds while the business model develops. Oh, don't forget that they can also probably make a good amount of mon

Sure, but what's the drawback? I think very simple premature optimizations are just fine, especially when someone else does them for me.

From the comments: "As for your question, we pass in `document` that way to prevent unnecessary scope lookups. We could’ve used `var d = document` inside the IIFE, but that would trigger an additional scope lookup. For `'script'` it doesn’t

In theory this is restrictive and bad, but when every platform you want to use is Apple's it's a different story. When Apple stops making what I consider to be the best computers, the best phones, the best tablets, and the best way to monet

I can see this being really handy for development (and I'll probably use it), but it seems like for now god is a better fit for production.

Adding a few tags to your HTML templates is "expensive"? With Google, Bing, and Yahoo all supporting this, I don't think it will be long before formtastic-like plugins start popping up to make this really easy.

Doesn't "black hat" usually imply some kind of hackery or gaming of a system? Assuming it was people sending the emails and not automated, I would probably classify this as deceptive cold calling. It's not something you'd want your own peop
