I agree with you. Plus, if you use Cloudflare, your server may not even take the burden of the request. They will do the caching of static content for you.

Why not just have HTML generated at some earlier time? It's faster, can be cached, and does the same thing. I'm a little confused about no page transitions. I don't know why that is a problem that needs solving. Also hot relo

I'm more of a vim user, but have dabbled in emacs so I'm not sure what you mean by "Even better when done in Emacs". Is there some kind of cool gdb tools in Emacs you're referring to? I'm just asking because da

After the completion of the first season, I started to think of the show differently. At first, I believed the civil disobedience to be resistance against the unfair banking and credit systems that run our society. The show's creator e

It's funny that you use the 2 lb Macbook as an example. Mine has a terrible problem with its wifi, requiring me to restart it every minute or so. It's unusable with Cloud9's IDE. Furthermore, their IDE is extremely slow and v

I'm not a rails dev, but I believe that you are misconstruing his argument. It is not about inevitable complexity, but about the ownership of that complexity. If you are able to control the side effects part of development, you can con

I don't believe equity should be instead of salary but if you are given the option of owning what you create, you shouldn't be enslaved by it.

It's not a small price and it's not made clear in the beginning when they promise shares for service. The absurdity of allowing management to make slaves of men is no small thing.

I don't believe there is a difference. Once you allow a tyrant to dictate the terms without reproach, you will inevitably be giving up your rights, which is a plunge into the chasm of inevitable repression.

I've used both, but I'm forced to use VS at work. I think that its changes are for the better. It's definitely a strength. There are also very cool tools for source control; code reviews, continuous integration, bug tracking.

Well of course Vs is an option. You just use View models and cover them with unit tests. Then you sacrifice one of your developers on the altar of Jobs and force him to implement your iOS code.

Code completion is not as good. I believe VSC uses gocode. VS 2015 also has a cool new feature that shows you references to each function right above the function declaration. Clicking on the reference count will open a quick jump contextua

Ignoring the inappropriate ad hominem... Why not type the loop variable as int64 in go? Why not just use an int, which would default to int64 on a 64 bit system? Why not just use sum := 0? Generally benchmarks don't say much unless one

The point is to sell Swift. In the C++ example, he didn't cast each integer to int64, but he manufactured a reason to do it in Go and Swift. Perhaps this means that Swift's compiler optimizes that particular case almost as good as
