Absolutely. I'm not one of those who feels that Airbnb has to compensate her for everything or even anything. BUT, I do think Airbnb needed to do more to inform potential users about the risks involved. No, I'm not talking about a microsite

There's a couple key issues with it: current comment voting techniques don't do a good job of differentiating validity from user sentiment (how many times have you had someone need to rebuke the community for using the arrows to denote disa

If someone asks me a question, I give them an answer based on my understanding, and it turns out not to be so, I am not lying. At the time, I thought it was to be so. By going along a strict definition of a lie being "an inaccurate or false

Non-unified text fields do turn me off. There are some cases where it's absolutely reasonable. But the login to one of my accounts is four input boxes which could be consolidated into two. Drives me nuts and makes me reluctant on going back

Going forward, I think that Airbnb has to do a much better job at communicating this. Potentially a message as part of the flow just to reiterate this point.

For me, it's less about the numbers and more about who did it and the complexity. The coordination involved in hijacking multiple planes. The symbolic effect of destroying and damaging icons. The foreign organization and leader who has a hi
