Also Hal Finney and others who helped in the beginning may have left sums of BTC behind (RIP). A personal anecdote, somewhat related: In the early days, I mined several blocks from the wallet itself, on an AMD Sempron or Duron, at about 800

Unless we're talking about the Tesla cards, nVidia is about the worst of the GPU class as far as mining goes. Nobody uses it aside from people who are exceedingly frugal to their own detriment. There is a reason why their prices aren&#

This is quite possibly the most evil benign prank I've ever seen. I'd like to give a wink and a finger gun point to the person who thought of this. Are there other things like this that one could do to spice things up at the offic

I agree; every day we stray further from the fundamentals. Xen, and to a lesser extent Docker, and other tools, do help beautify some of the underlying technologies and processes that may have come before them, but that does not make the us

I’m curious at what point civility breaks down in a failing state, at what level does his course of action make sense? I like to establish these limits before emotion can cloud judgement. He may be brash but he’s not wrong yet.

No, you are wrong, Monero has merged in MultiSig which is something unlike what it sounds, it basically means you can now make a wallet where several people hold a piece of a key and a majority agreement is required to spend.
